1. Definitions

“Customer” refers to any individual or business using our services.
“Service” refers to oven cleaning and related services provided by the Company.

2. Services
We provide professional oven cleaning services for residential and commercial customers.
All cleaning is carried out using non-toxic and eco-friendly products where possible.
The scope of cleaning will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
3. Bookings & Payments
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or card payments.
Any late payments may be subject to additional charges.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, equipment failure).
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure clear access to the oven and surrounding areas.
Customers should remove personal belongings from the oven and surrounding area before our arrival.
If the technician cannot gain access due to locked doors or other obstructions, a call-out fee may be applied.
6. Liability & Damages
While we take utmost care in providing our services, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to the appliance.
We shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services.
Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If a customer is not satisfied with our service, they must contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
We may offer refunds, but we may re-clean the appliance if necessary.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect customer privacy and will not share personal information with third parties except as required to provide our services.
Customer data will be stored securely in accordance with UK data protection laws.
9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
